First room I checked into had a huge brown stain on the bed cover. The rooms aren’t as pictured on the website. Four rooms later, I survived my awful stay. I got dressed to go down to the front desk and I was offered a room that did not meet my check-in requests (King bed, away from elevators, high floor, quiet. The adjoining room’s guest and their TV volume made that impossible. GROSS! Eventually I tried to go to sleep. I had to put on gloves, and with my disinfectant wipe clean it myself. I decided to go ahead and use the lukewarm water to shower when I spot pubic hair and some sort of grime around the trim of the shower head. The person I spoke with said she would check with maintenance and call me right back - she never did. I called back and someone picked up but I was on hold for over 15 minutes. Good think I have a cell phone! I call the toll free number and was connected to the front desk. I got ready to call the front desk and the phone is inoperable. Second room - I only wanted to take a hot shower after a long day of traveling. I showed the front desk the photo and there was no apology or surprise reaction.
